Swapped Shipping Labels

I accidentally swapped shipping labels for 2 buyers for the first time. The one buyer contacted me and the other package is out for delivery, I messaged them to let them know. What is the proper way to fix this and make it easiest for the buyers? Have them both do returns to me, INAD’s or is there another way? I will obviously refund them for all shipping and as long as I get them both back can ship them to the correct person for free. Neither is a high value item ($12 & $20 + shipping) but they are both breakable items. Also with the pandemic I’m not sure if they will be able to ship them back, I could just cancel both purchases and take the loss. I would like to know the proper procedure though as well, although I’m pretty sure I will never do that again after this. Thank you! Stay safe everyone.

Yes, you pay to have both packages returned to you and then reship them to the correct buyers. Assuming you get both of them back.

Thank you,  but what is the procedure to do that? Do they need to start a return or do you just send a return shipping label? Also I’ve never just sent a shipping label do you send it to their PayPal email, I don’t think you cam send them in messages can you?

It depends on how you want to do it.

I would have them file an INAD in the resolution center, then you can have Ebay send them return shipping labels.
