Surface 3 -- Craked screen Received

Good Morning.

I am David De Leon

I made a purchase of a Surface 3, Yesterday I receive the article, but Its come to me with the screen craked and damaged. This happen because the seller send it only Wrapped with a sweater literally and inside an envelop only.
It minimun need to be inside a box, and well packaged.

Now, the seller send me to talk with the post office, to ask for the insurance. I dont accept that, I ask for me refund. 

What supposed I will do?
