Stuck in transit for almost a month?

Hello, this is my first order using Ebay, I really hope anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it 🙂

I ordered using guest account, the estimated delivery is due Sep 30 - Oct 21, but I have a problem since the package is now currently 'handed over to airlines' and the last update was on Sep 13. Ever since then, it has never been updated again and I've been waiting for almost a month.

What should I do? Should I ask for a refund or contact the seller? Or should I keep on waiting? Perhaps I should do anything else instead? I know the shipment is being slowed because of COVID-19, but this made me anxious.

You'll need to wait until Oct. 22 and then file a INR case on the item. Who knows, it may show up one of these days. Many items from overseas lose tracking info when they are handed over to another carrier.
