Stuck in Erlanger using GSP

Hi can someone shed some light on this. I usually see packages get to Pitney Bowes in Erlanger and get processed within the same day or the next day, but it’s been 2 days and nothing is happening. I know im impatient but this lack of update is killing me

You've been lucky. I have seen packages that take 5 days to leave Erlanger and the odd one doesn't update at all until it reaches Canada.
