Strange return address in China

Hi all, I have processed a return through eBay with an item I have purchased however when I get the return details it is one really long word in what I’m assuming is some form of Chinese dialect but if it is correct it’s the longest word I’ve ever seen in my life. The post code at the end is real however the stuff before it makes no sense. Anyone have any ideas with this?

This is the return address:

hefeixuetiandianzishangwuyouxiangongsi

hefeishishushanqufenghuangdi

haoshangbanzonghelou1211shi

hefeishi 230031

Strange return address in China

Was the item shipped directly from China to you or did it come from a USA warehouse?

Why is the item being returned?

Who is paying return shipping?

My idea is to send it exactly as addressed. The post office in Hefeishi will know where to deliver it. Maybe write China on the bottom of the label.

If it's a problem with the item, eBay can get you a paid return label.   Are you paying for the return?

That address does not look quite right.

You are being played, @perkijare. The seller is making sure that you cannot deliver the return, so you won't get a refund.

If the item is wrong, defective, or not as described (or the listing has free return shipping) the seller is responsible for the return shipping cost, wherever in the world they want it returned. And even if it is never delivered, the seller still must refund.

Otherwise, if it is buyer's remorse, then you must PAY FOR TRACKING that shows delivered to get your refund.

Now leave a private message here for eBay on Meta Facebook (or open an account just to message) and tell eBay that you need a label which will show deliverable by tracking.

It's just garbage.

Return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Have a great day.

An eBay label will be a First Class label that won't track to China to prove delivery.

Akaik eBay doesn’t ever issue international return labels.

It looks like the Chinese address in Phonetic Roman form, minus the spaces.

@perkijare  If the item wasn't as described and the seller is paying for return shipping and can't provide a label then seller is required to send you advanced funds to buy postage.  Otherwise, ask ebay to step in.
