I have recently discovered that FedEx is charging more than what I initially thought was correct shipping through the eBay label system. I am supposed to be receiving a discount by using the system but just found five overcharges. I always put in the actual package size and weight and check my scale often, so that is not the issue. The packages sent were not over-sized either. My UPS charges are correct, so this has to be a FedEx issue. For now, I am going to stop using them as I know of no other recourse. It's not right that when you put in all information correctly, the wrong pricing comes up and it looks like FedEx is competitively priced, when, in fact, they are more than UPS. This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed.
