Hey I’m starting to get worried I am not getting my package. I need some other peoples opinion on this situation. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 5 and then it changed to 8 and then it changed to 9. In starting to think one of two things happened. A my package was stolen/lost or B I was scammed. The reason I think I was scammed was because he has no returns on aswell as a 100% seller approval thing. Which strikes me as odd.. most people have atleast like a 3-5% bad rating and he is just all flying colors which is kinda suspecious in my opinion. I have some screen shots of messages and of the item purchase date. I also I have checked the shipping thing multiple times and it still says that it is coming yesterday. To my knowledge it is in Georgia according to usps and eBay. I will give a update once there is new information. But for now What do yall think is going on?????? Is anyone else had anything like this happen

Stolen/lost package?

All eBay buyers, as well as eBay sellers, owe it to themselves to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.  It's seen in every listing and offers very good protection for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong.

Leaving aside all of the superfluous information you have offered here, there was an estimated delivery date seen when you made your purchase.

Go back in your My eBay> Purchase History and find the original last estimated delivery date.  That date cannot be changed.  If that date was July 2, you could theoretically open an item not received case today; however, given the current state of the USPS, my advice would be to give this a few days more for your package to arrive.  You have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open a case with eBay.

It isn't odd that your seller has a 100% rating.  Many sellers are in that category.  And the fact that he states "No Returns" means nothing in the face of the MBG.

Please sit back and relax for awhile.  While relaxing, please read the MBG.  eBay bends over backwards to try to make its buyers happy.
