Still haven't recieved my refund

I bought an item about a week ago, and before sending it, the seller just deactivated his account. So I went through the resolution center and my case was reviewed positively, and ebay said they would send me a refund within 48 hours. That was on Thursday, it's now Sunday. Still don't have my money.

Did you pay from your pay pal account or did you use a credit card?  If you used a credit card the refund goes to your card and won't show up in your pay pal account.

Also, just FYI, a seller cannot close his account if he has active sales for 6 months after the last one, so eBay kicked him off the site.

I believe I used a Visa debit, so I guess that would be the same situation

This is paypals table of how long refunds can take depending on the funding source.  I think their date estimates are the worst case scenario though
