Still confused by shipping charges!

Hey, I’m still relatively new to selling on eBay and am still very confused about shipping charges. A buyer pays for shipping when buying an item from me, and I understand that they are paying ME to buy the postage to then ship it. I was reading on another thread that the cost of postage that I paid for should show up on my PayPal. However, all I see on my PayPal are the deductions from where I’m buying the postage. Can someone explain this to me please?

You are in Managed Payments..did you check the Orders link in Sellers Hub? Or you can make PP your default.

I currently am on hold with eBay trying to figure it out myself.  Buyer paid shipping cost.  I paid for the shipping label and it was deducted from my Paypal account and also deducted from my payout amount.  So basically paid for shipping twice.  Not sure how they will make this right.  I deleted my PayPal account from eBay so this won't happen again.  Good Luck!
