Buyer bought item and lives in Canada with a Canadian delivery address. Seller shipped with the usps international standard shipping label to Kentucky where item is labeled for international shipment. Item was delivered by DHL to Germany...what happened?

It is software glitch. It will, most likely, be delivered to our address, If not, open case with Ebay as item not delivered.

What is USPS international standard shipping that is mailed to Kentucky? There is no such thing. Is it ebay's standard shipping? On thing that might have happened that they (in Kentucky) put a wrong shipping label on the package.

You may be right, where the Ebay processing center in Kentucky may have mixed labels, but I can see that all the tracking numbers match. From Kentucky it went to Illinois then traveled to different locations in Germany. Finally, says it was delivered to a different person other than addressed.
