I am wondering if anybody else is having the same issue ever since stamps.com changed their theme recently.
So I am having issues when I print the same weight and dimension items in orders. I usually line up the same price tier items such as 4, 8, 12, 15.9oz and keep printing because it seems like the fastest way to print labels when I don't change weight or dimensions. Just recently after stamps.com changed their theme, adding a new address itself to different zone won't change the price shown. The price only gets updated when I either change the weight or dimension to different price tier or simply after pressing the "Print Label" button.
I cleared my cache, tried using a different web browser, and even tried using different computer but the issue is still there. I contacted their customer service but they are not very helpful.
I am wondering if anybody else is having the same issue. Thanks in advance.
