Since Sunday Jan 24, I've been unable to print any international postage on Stamps.com. When I put a country and info in, it tells me it requires a service, but the service drop down is all greyed out with N/A for the prices. Everything was complete and Stamps.com didn't find any errors except that the service info was missing.
I tried to go into the address book to print one I've shipped before because that sometimes works for trouble shooting, but it seems as though I can't get postage amounts for anything in the address book either.
This only happens for International Postage, my USA ones printed fine.
I sent a help request to stamps.com yesterday which they promised to respond to by end of day today, but I haven't gotten any response. I'm hoping someone in the forum can help me.
