I returned an item on May 8th, that was not as described. Printed the sellers return label and shipped.
Since May 13th this is what the return tracking says:
OUT FOR DELIVERY
May 13, 2019, 12:02 PM, DAYTON 08810
AWAITING DELIVERY SCAN
May 14, 2019, 2:02 AM, DAYTON 08810
It is now May 22nd and the seller has not responded to 3 messages inquiring about the status of my refund, and because it still shows as in transit I cannot get past Ebays or Paypals blocks to ask them to step in and deal with this.
What are my options at this point?
