Speedpak or Carol Stream? Been buying from China through EBay without problems for years.  My speedpak tracking shows my parcel left Carol Stream Illinois on the 23rd of August. I live 70 miles away from Carol Stream and it is now September 4th. My assumption is the problem is the Carol Stream distribution center. There is no USPS tracking number.  Sounds like a big mistake with EBay's new shipping idea. If I can't track my packages to my town, maybe it's time to move on to another ecommerce site.

If your purchase does not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date, you can file an "Item Not Received" INR claim in eBay's Resolution Center the next day. There is a link to the Resolution Center at the bottom of every page on eBay's website (on the desktop version, anyway), or you can make the same claim on the entry for your item on you Purchase History page.

That may be true. That said, without State side tracking, anyone in the system can pilfer our parcels. I'm not going to file claims all the time because my parcels didn't come. Either I get a tracking number for my parcels here in the States, or I start buying from another site. Shipping was just fine the way it was. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Or you could stop being emotional about this and make a rational decision; STOP buying cheap Chinese junk!  Instead pay a few cents more, shoot maybe even a buck and get a USA seller who will ship with a USA tracking number!

Things in life don't always go our way or as we think they should.  Shoot, I have had packages headed a few states away take a detour to Seattle!  But there are policies to be followed here.  Follow them and you will be protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

But it is always your prerogative to 'take your ball and go home!'  Ain't America great?

Let me clue you in.  Having been in industry in the electronics field for over 45 years, I know just about everything you buy is made over seas now when it comes to electronics. I haven't seen an American made circuit board in 30 years. Everything from cars to appliances and home entertainment field, NOTHING that has a circuit board is manufactured here in the States. Even the components are not made here in the States anymore.  But you keep on thinking you're buying American here in the States. Need an example? Go buy something as simple as a garbage disposal splash gard.  I got a pack of 3 for 4 bucks. The same splash gard is imported to to the Sears Company. One gard costs 14 dollars at Sears. Thanx, but I'll keep on buying from over seas while you pay out the rear end for the same products. Gullible fools.....

What some of you fail to understand is this was EBay's choice and a bad one at that.  It isn't a tracking problem from China nor the postal systems here in the States.  My guess is the greed monster has bitten EBay.

My town is 10 miles from Carol Stream.

packag is in transit to next location left Carol stream 3 days ago and still no update. 
Speedpak is the worst shipping company. This is the first time I’m getting something by Speedpak. I buy lot of good from China( aliexperss) and whatever they use to ship takes way longer but at least is accurate so you know in 100% when you will receive your goods.

No fault of Speedpak. Been through this myself. It took 7 days for the Carol Stream distribution center to ship it and I'm only 50 miles away. 7 days my parcel sat in the Carol Stream distribution center. You might as well forget even trying to communicate with anyone in the distribution center. Bunch of inept boobs.

Us sellers just don't always have what people want. Leaving folks with no options.

Us sellers rarely sell things like model kits or anime dvds/figures. 

I can deal with packages being slow. But at least be accurrate with tracking and communicate.  I recently had a package refunded because it never arrived. The us postal system can't track it and it's been a week beyond the day speedpak said it was delivered.

Maybe it was stolen? Or just lost in the system? I have no way to know. Unless it shows up eventually. And if it does I'll be a good person and contact the seller.
