Speedpak tracking false updates, 3 weeks no real movement

Hi

So I ordered an item from China on May 9th via speepak tracking. It arrived at 'Destination Hub' May 18th. Since then, I believe there has been no movement at all and the tracking is providing false updates. On May 27th, it stated 'package in transit' and the estimated delivery date changed to June 14. Exactly 2 weeks later, at the exact same time, another 'package in transit' update, and delivery date changed to exactly 2 weeks from last one, to June 28. Exact same time at 11:02 PM, exactly 2 weeks apart. Now, im afraid that there will be no update for exactly 2 weeks again, and the exact same time at 11:02 PM June 24, i'll get the same 2 **bleep** updates, in transit and delivery date changed to exactly 2 weeks from June 28 again. 

Should i consider this item lost in transit? Its funny, because i had 3 other orders shipped via speedpak the same week and received all 3 weeks ago...

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
