Speedpak tracking (A tracking number was provided.)

It's been 10 days since my purchase has stated "Order Received"
And Tracking number provided..
It hasn't moved at all according to ebay tracking, or parcels. 
Is this normal for international shipping with SpeedPak?

Suddenly just today, the order received date changed to today on the tracking. I still have all the original tracking stuff. This is really bizarre..
