Over the past year, I have been having increasing difficulties getting items from China, shipped via SpeedPAK, delivered.
Despite the coronavirus narrative, there seems to be a larger issue.
As I am not having the same issues with items shipped from other countries.
I've even had Sellers in China, after their product was not delivered to me, resend & reroute replacement items, through Cambodia, or Kyrgyzstan, or other countries, and have had those items delivered.
It's just stuff coming from China that I'm having problems with.
For those that don't know, the Long Beach Container Terminal, where the majority of Chinese goods are received in the U.S., was owned by the Orient Overseas international Limited (OOIL).
OOIL was then purchased by COSCO shipping, which is a Chinese state-owned company.
The U.S. government, amidst escalating tariff & trade rifts, then required OOIL to sell the Long Beach Container Terminal, which it did sell to Macquarie Infrastructure Partners late in 2019.
And the delivery problems I've been having have seemingly coincide with this Terminal ownership transfer.
Almost like there is a concerted effort to prevent or interrupt the direct sales of Chinese goods to American consumers (absent third-party handling by an American distributor, whom are just Middlemen that markup prices for their profit).

So what is the 'fix" to this situation? What can you do? i.e. what is in your power to control in this situation?

A class action lawsuit against eBay for starters. Speedpak has lost 2/5 of the packages I've ordered in the past 2 months. This didn't happen with SF shipping. They were faster, too.

Two things eBay didn't ship your items a seller did, so starting a class action lawsuit wouldn't go anywhere.
If you didn't receive your items why not open an Item not received case? You do have eBay's Money Back Guarantee how about utilizing it?
The other thing is this thread is from 2021 and the person you are replying to hasn't logged into this forum since 2021 as well.
