A problem from the past. Ebay tracking site indicates package delivered to recipient. I was outside the day the item supposedly arrived. I saw the postman and he did not deliver any parcel. Once USPS receives the item, they place a USPS tracking label on the item. There is no way to know this new tracking no. The USPS system does not track speedPAK items. Filed a claim, and the operator called the driver to ask about the item. He says that he did deliver the item along with another parcel but at another house. Result, item delivered but to wrong house. LOST!!!
