I'm trying to purchase a shipping label but unfortunately I'm receiving an error:

Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.

Please help if you have any info about it.

First thing to do is check the name and address for too long or incorrect format.

Definitely that. Key in the address on the USPS.com ZIP lookup page exactly as you received it with the payment, click the blue Find button and take a close look at what comes back. If there are any differences, make the same change on your Shipping label page and see if that works. (You are not changing the delivery location this way, just correcting the address.)

If the address is ok, then I would try clearing your browsers cache to force a fresh page and try again.

Unfortunately ebay error messages are often misleading, so hard to tell what's going on, especially with an international label.

I have the same issue. Nothing is wrong with the US address. Format is clean. I selected the option: "Pay with pending payouts" because I cant use PP option. If this doesn't work, I will use Pirateship and print a label there and add the tracking here.

Okay, issue resolved. The issue I had was the insurance option, I select USPS instead of  Shipcover and was able to purchase label.
