Sold a item to a buyer. They want me to add more to the package

Buyer paid for the item, then sent message asking if I could put others in the package, with buying them of course.  Can I add them to the package and refund part of what ebay has the shipping set at for one item and use the tracking same tracking number for all the items? Said they tried to add all to the cart and do combine shipping but that I do not do combine shipping. I do combine shipping and have had my listings except for certain listings for combined shipping.

always reply to these that I can't for this one, but if they want more put them in the cart and pay all at once and the items will be combined.

Found out ebay had changed my listings to requiring payment when putting in cart and request total from seller greyed out. Got changed and let buyer know.
