I keep on top of my dashboard and I have a shipment from the first of the month (holiday) that says the tracking was uploaded on time but the post office didnt scan it.
Package purchased late on the 1st (friday). Monday was a holiday so it shipped the next available day which is Tuesday the 5th.
Go in and look at the tracking and not only did my po scan it on the 5th, the main po scanned it on the 5th as well.
Call CS (Oh joy) she sees it and says, yep. Thats a glitch and shes been getting calls about it. However, she cant fix it. So she will report it to the tech team.
Having no faith in the tech team giving a hoot about bad programming, anyone know what department can clear it? Yes I know, one wont hurt me but around here? Who knows what tomorrow, next week or next month will bring.

I actually was surprised. when I printed the label it said ship by the 5th. So I have no idea what their issue is now.
I will continue to call twice a week... wonder what the next rep will say.
