Hello there, I ordered a pair of sneakers covered by eBay authenticity guarantee on May 21st. I still have not gotten an email saying that the sneakers have reached the authenticator. Is there a reason for this?

the word on this forum is a lot of people have been complaining about it

it seems like they are overworked , understaffed or something  but sneaker buyers are not too happy with the last few weeks
