Shutl Service and Compensation

Hello, First sorry for my English.

I just want to ask if any one has complained to eBay about Shutl service?

In past month I have sent over 150 parcels and paid for label by Shutl, courier was Hermes. 2 parcel has missing and I have filled compensation form, but it was refused as my item is not eligible as the prohibited.

Items is eyelash serum (gel consistency) and face cream.

According Hermes they would compensate if parcel would be sent thought they system. And according Shutl my items is LIQUID! And it's not eligible for compensation because it's prohibited.

I have complained to ebay, because shutl basically is t party and absolutely not needed on ebay. All orders can be imported fro ebay to Hermes.

So what the point to use Shutl?

This happened to me with a body cream, I’ve got to Royal Mail now, do you know how to view shutl invoices?
