I filed a claim with PayPal, it was December 27, 2020. But the issue is not resolved, the consideration of the claim is always postponed. Apparently they are confused by the track provided by the seller, perhaps they hope that he will send the goods, but the status of the parcel-the label is created, does not change for more than a month. In any case, once Ebay claims the security of the purchase, it should do so, and not send it to PayPal or Viza. Otherwise, let them write that: perhaps we will refund your money, in case of problems. Maybe it will happen if you are very lucky.

Your pkg was received by USPS, and is probably in transit,why are you saying it was never shipped? Because of the Covid pandemic, many post offices are working with reduced personnel, and shorter hours. And many distribution centers are closed, I know mine is, so pkgs are rerouted and taking much longer to arrive.And Ebay is giving sellers added time to have those pkgs delivered.

Your seller created the label on 12/22, and you filed a PP claim on 12/27? That doesnt make sense.

Because it's still 'Label Created'. USPS never received the package. You should check the tracking # a bit more closely ..............

I don't see anything about the package being received by USPS.

 

A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 5:58 am on December 22, 2020 in OAKMONT, PA 15139. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

Before you accuse me, look carefully at the tracking. The package was not transferred to the USPS, and I think it will never be transferred. The delivery address is in the USA, not in Russia.

 

This is a great scam scheme: sell the product, create a label, but do not send anything. Ebay and Paypal do not help the customer in this case.

 

In the latest reviews of the seller, it is written that he is a fraudster and does not send anything. Unfortunately, the review was left after my purchase.

What do you mean that neither ebay or Paypal will help you in this case?  If there is no delivery scan by the estimated delivery date, you can file an item not received claim on the following day.  If you are having problems doing it on ebay and you paid through Paypal, you should still be able to open a claim on PP.

That is how the system works. It worked correctly. You filed a case, a few things are checked out depending on the situation, you got a refund. It's not immediate once you file a case.
