My shoes didn’t pass inspection because I ship them in an authentic box( Nike) not the original one. I don’t like shipping with no box and I find my way to get original Adidas o Nike boxes to ship them . I posted “not original box but authentic one, same box brand but different size.
I need to know if I post my shoes as “new without box” and ship them with a different box and get rid of the label which includes a different size and model still gonna pass inspection. I prefer ship them with a same brand box but different model than ship them loose. Thank you

If you ship them in a plain box instead of a shoe box then it will avoid this confusion. There won't be ant brand name or size on the box.

When you list as brand new, everything down to the box has to be brand new and original to the sneakers.
If you're listing as anything other than brand new, you should be using photos of the actual sneakers, not stock photos.
The authentication program is strict and I don't know if they'd accept a box from a different pair of sneakers even if listed as new without box. Is there a contact e-mail in the rejection you received so you can ask?
A plain box and bubble wrap might be a safer bet than the box from a different pair of shoes.

They take the box and it's condition into account now. At first all they checked that it was real brand name. Condition did NOT matter just that is was real brand name. It seems to be rule changes in progress and so not every employee is told the same things. It's a turkey shoot as to how they decide now.
