First time using the authentication process and i get how it works. When i click on "print free label" i get an error message that says "something went wrong. try again later". the buyer is located in the US. I wanted to message him and say i was having problems printing the label but messaging is turned off. That's fine. I just want to print the stupid label. thanks.
