Shipping estimate is just that an estimate. Sellers have no control over the speed of the shipper.
But,if want to shop elsewhere because your item didn’t get to you as fast as you like, that’s your prerogative.

ETA your seller also has a 3 day handling time. If you want something yesterday I suggest you find a seller that ships same or next business day.

I understand your frustration while ebay does bear part of the blame, it is the carrier who is the main problem for whatever reason the delay was caused. Ebays part is the marketing ploy of letting a buyer ASSUME the date given is cast in stone as a promise date...the worse part of this is not on the buyers end but moreso on the sellers end at taking the heat for it...I have said it many times in disagreeing with ebays using this as a way to unfairly penalize a seller and making a seller responsible for how a carrier performs. In the beginning I used to call USPS and point out their delivery date claims on ebay and how its policies work toward the seller, they would simply laugh and say tell ebay to start delivering their own parcels then, apparently Amazon listened and you see "Prime" trucks everywhere now and do do a bang up job of getting the items their fast as well as eliminating most of the "I never got it" claims as Amazon takes a pic of it setting at you door...and in defense of sellers, buyers for the most part should NOT wait till the last minute to order an item and then be stuck behind the eight ball when it does get delayed...all I can say there is a buyer should have ordered it earlier to avoid this issue to begin with.

You are not ordering from eBay, you are buying from an independent seller that uses eBay's platform to sell on.

Your seller may, or may not have shipped on time, but to be considered is:

eBay gives delivery estimates that may not be correct.

an example of a recent sale that I had.

Based upon my handling time/work days you can see that eBay tells me to ship by March 31st

At the same time they show that the buyer has been told to expect the item as early as 3 days before I am required to ship, and at the latest just 1 day after the ship by date.

The buyer is several states away. (Zone 6)

NEVER  buy anything online if you need it right away.  Those are the items that will take forever to arrive.   You need to be patient when you buy stuff online. If the seller lives very far from you,  the time will take longer to arrive. Ebay estimates are often wrong on the east coast-west coast transactions.
