Hello,

I have a question. I sold a product without a tracking number because the product is a cheap price, and the buyer paid me successfully, and the product arrived quickly to the buyer and gave me a positive evaluation, but it appears in the application interface that the product is still on the way, when will it change to (delivery)

Don't worry about it -- if your buyer has indicated that they have received the item, your job is over. A lack of a delivery confirmation will not harm your seller status on eBay.

I contacted the buyer and told him did you receive the product successfully? He said yes, but he does not have an option to click on it (that the product has arrived).

With no tracking, it'll never show delivered.

Even though the buyer received the item, with no tracking, they can file an INR and get a refund.

Which the OP can dispute with eBay, based upon the messages from the buyer confirming receipt of the item.

This matter is not important to me. The most important thing is that the order arrived and that the buyer gave me a positive evaluation, but the problem is that my money is pending until March 2 because I am new to ebay, but my question is will this happen in every sale I make? Will my money be suspended Too much time even if you take positive reviews
