Hey I just ordered a item and then I noticed that it had the wrong shipping address so I sent a cancel request to cancel the order so I went back in on my account and changed the address to the correct shipping address so how can I place an order for that order again

Well If you let the seller know when you placed the cancelation request, and let them know you want the item, just order the item again. Im sure the seller will understand

If they didn't cancel the order yet, you can ask them to ship it to your correct address.

Once an order is placed by the buyer and paid for, the sale is technically final. There would be no way to go back and edit the address at that point. The seller will have to cancel under the reason "Problem with Buyer's address."
This reason also prevents the seller from getting a defect for canceling. The seller should also relist the item or make a new one, and I would recommend doing it under a private listing so nobody else tries to buy the item on accident.
If the seller wants to make it a private listing and does not know how to, they can refer to the link below

A private listing does not prevent anyone else from buying it. It makes the buyer or bidders anonymous.
