Shipping??

So recently within last month or so. I have been told by sellers that item shipped won't show of track package until it's delivered. On all of these I have not received package and issued refund. Wth if up. Are they just wanting information?

when you ship a package it gets scanned along the way or maybe just before it gets there

I am not sure if you are selling or buying but packages most certainly do have tracking

flats and that special card envelope are a bit different

many items will get 4-5 scans and some  of them get skipped for the first 2 days when you ship 1st class by usps

In your case, it sounds as if you had the Money Back Guarantee and were made whole on Item Not Received claims.

Tracking should show with movement. I don't see it as anyone "wanting information"... could you expand on that?

I have several packages a week that are scanned in when I drop it off and then when it gets to the postal center in my state, after that several packages don't show any movement until it has been delivered which sometimes has taken several weeks unfortunately however if you were refunded I don't know what information they could be wanting.
