You get to select what service to offer the buyer in the listing and what to charge buyer or have it calculated by buyer's Zip Code. You also at this time can add the weight and dimensions.
When you go to print the label, be aware some services are not available through ebay, even though you can put them in the listing. Then if you are not using calculated shipping or haven't enter the weight and dimensions earlier, you will have to enter them now.
If you used calculated shipping in the listing, the label cost should be the same as shown and charged to the buyer (if you have selected to pass your ebay discount on to the buyer rather than charge the retail rate). If you had entered your own flat rate shipping charge, the actual label cost may be less or more than that amount. You then either gain or pay the difference.
