Can you use only 2 dimensions in the shipping and ship with a regular size envelope? For instance, sending a doily through the mail and using a 9x4x0 measurement with the weight being 1 oz or less?

eBay doesn't sell postage for letters and flats (AKA Large envelopes), so dimensions don't matter.
