Sold Shoes via ebay Authentication guarantee. Problem- buyer used PO Box Address, can not print shipping label to Authentication Center as the program only uses FedEx ( can print label direct to buyers address ). Guess what .. messaging is turned off for Authentication guarantee transactions so no way to contact buyer. Chat with 3 ebay agents. Their solution was to cancel order and relist with out telling buyer. I recommended ebay to put a pop up hard stop on check out for these cases to let buyers know PO box is not allowed and Street address is needed. Agents respond was I should disable PO box shipping when listing items that require Ebay authentication. So I just apologize for my mistake. 🙄😂

I'm really sorry...
Yeah the turning off communications thing was a real bang up idea- thanks eBay.
I can't see any issues arising from that.. /eye-roll
I'm looking at this same program for handbags.. SIGH
Not happy...

That was very kind of you. I was not so lucky when I bought a pair of Yeezy 750 with PO box as shipping address. They came straight here, I was apprehensive about having shoes that weren't authenticated. My seller was not so understanding and did not offer a return
