Shipping to Mexico

Hello there!

A few days ago (Dec 16th) I bought an item, it has been til recently that I discovered there is a possibility that my item couldn't reach its destination (Mexico). Item is still on hold in Kentucky. 

I was wondering if there is any chance to ship my item to a different address?

What can I do? I don't want the money back but my purchased item 😞

Why do you think that it may not reach you at that address?

It isn't possible to change the shipping address once it is in transit. If it is in Kentucky it was probably shipped using the global shipping program so unless it is an item that they will not ship to Mexico, you should receive it.
