Shipping to Guam

I recently sold an item that is 19lbs and when I created the listing I offered free shipping via UPS ground. I just sold the item and went to print the shipping label but USPS is only available and my shipping costs will be 3x what UPS ground is for the US. I know that Guam is a US territory but UPS shipping does not ship there. What are my options? Do I just take the loss or should I cancel the order and risk getting negative feedback? I want to avoid this situation in the future and is it possible to offer free shipping to the US but not US territories?

For those items that you are shipping via UPS, you can select to not ship to AK, HI, US protectorates & territories, P.O. Boxes.
