Hi. Someone from Germany bought an item for auction in which I offered free shipping. My page says I deliver to the U.S. and I did sign up for global shipping. When looking for shipping prices for Germany I would be paying twice the price of the item.
Am I doing something wrong. Is there a cheaper avenue. Haven’t had anyone else from outside of the country purchase any items so am unfamiliar. I really would appreciate any help advice you can give. This person is waiting for an invoice from me.

Assuming this is the jewelry set @chethor32, you received extensive advice on your other thread:
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Someone-from-Germany-bid/td-p/33671771
That listing did not include any international shipping options so you can either:
- Advise the buyer you don't ship direct to Germany and suggest either cancelling the order or suggest buyer uses a US-based freight forwarder. See which option the buyer chooses.
- Look into rates shipping direct and choose a service that offers door-to-door tracking. Present the buyer with the rate and ask if they want you to send the invoice or if they prefer to cancel the order.

Hi
you are correct. I apologize. I thought I had posted in the wrong area and reposted.
