I had an auction end today, a person in Australia won it. I did some research and it seems that the shipping that was paid for by the buyer is not currently shipping to Australia (USPS First Class Pckg/Mail). It seems that their are other services still shipping to Australia though. The buyer has paid, and I want to resolve this immediately. What is the best way to go about getting this package out on Monday, without spending a significant amount more money on shipping? Any input would be appreciated, I'm quite new at selling on eBay and want to maintain a good reputation.

If I ship the item with a different method from the shipping paid for, I wont be covered by ebay for anything will I?

The coverage is based on shipping it to the address on the eBay screen. An alternative method will not change that.

Read the eBay announcement from 09-02-2021. You can ship it with eBay international with no worries. You'll probably find that it costs a little bit less than USPS, not more.

Buy the label through eBay and use eBay International Standard Delivery. The system will probably default you to that service anyway, @packer7532. With EISD your package will go via USPS to a facility in the US - either CA or KY depending on your ship from location. From there it will get an international label slapped on and go to AUS via DHL. EISD service is unaffected by the USPS service halt.

My label I printed only has the ca address and not the Australian one. Should I manually write out the Australian address in the package?
