Shipping to APO AE

So I already purchased a first-class shipping label to ship to the buyer. Then I was told it would need to also have a customs form attached to it.

Do I need to buy a new label to send it to an APO in AE??

And how do I go about doing so?

If, when buying the label, you entered the APO address then the system should have automatically defaulted to the customs form which you would fill out right there and then and is an integral part of the shipping label.

If you bought a label without the customs form popping up then you will have to explain exactly where and how you bought the label as it is an automatic feature.

When I go back to buy a new shipping label, nothing new pops up for me to fill out customs form?

Is it after I buy a new one or before?

Thank you for your help!

When you buy the postage on eBay, if custom forms are needed, they will print out. The custom form is the label. Just be sure to sign and date were indicated at the bottoms. You will need to get the label holder at the Post Office there is more than one form that goes in it, 3 as I recall, 4th copy is yours. There will be information on each label what goes were.

So I have the same issue. I'm planning to send a trading card to an APO AE address. On the customs form I see 'HS tariff code', 'AES/ITN/Exemption', 'License number', 'Certificate number', and 'Invoice number' ?!

What do these mean, I don't have a clue on that info. Do I just leave those blank?!
