Shipping the wrong item

I am new to eBay selling. I accidentally mixed up the shipping labels and sent the wrong items to the wrong people. They are both international buyers that bought them through a freight company in Delaware. One of the buyers was trying to tell me what to do and said to apply for a refund and to go to the delivery address and pick the package up myself because They are not in America like me. Can someone please help me and dumb it down more on what I should do. I am very confused and stressing out about it. Thank you so much!

Call the freight forwarder (Google their phone number by the street address in Bear, New Castle, etc.) and tell them you can provide any identifying details to verify you mailed those packages. If the items are still being consolidated and are still waiting to be forwarded to the buyers, the company may be able to switch them around for you.
