Shipping service not available when trying to ship packages through eBay.

I have been dealing with a shipping issue for close to the past 2 weeks now, When I go to ship items through eBay 90% of the orders, I get shipping page says no service available which is a huge hassle. I've been using Pirate Ship to get my packages shipped. I am trying to find out what might be causing this issue. I have been enrolled into the eBay international shipping and wonder if that has something to do with it. The problem started after that happened. I contacted customer service a few times now and still no fix to the issue. Hoping to possibly get some answers here. I started selling sports cards through the eBay standard envelope and I right now took all my sports cards listings down until this issue is fixed since that is the only way to ship sports cards with a tracking number and I won't just ship them out with a stamp. Any information and possible help extremely appreciated.

You currently have 500+ items listed in several categories. I am guessing that you may have created Templates to speed up the listing process, if you did have you checked their shipping sections to see if a service you have listed 1st (default) and is no longer available?    

I see in one of your listings that you state that for larger orders you are using medium and large flat rate boxes for shipping. Did you know that the USPS discontinued Regional Rate Boxes A & B starting on January 22, 2023? Is it possible the labels you could not print were for Flat Rate boxes?

I do not know if using the international shipping program is causing the issue or not. You did not say if any of the problems happened when using that service or with listings that have the option.  Were the issues with ebay standard envelope shipping?  The few cards I have sold were not sent using the service I used smaller cardboard type envelopes and created 1st class labels w/ tracking for them, without problems.

Start by making sure your browser is up to date and has no update pending. The clear the history....then reboot. This fixes these issues when I have them 99% of the time. The times it does not then I jump on another browser (Firefox from Google or vice versa) and if that works them there was a bug in the update that did not mesh with Ebay....this does happen. It usually gets fixed in a few days but make sure you report it to Ebay and the browser company. Recently this happened to me on a printing issue with invoices. about a month later another update came along for Firefox and it started working again.
