eBay switched me to Managed Payment System recently... today is January 9th.
Question 1 - I always use USPS insurance... today when I went to to purchase label, only their Ship Cover Insurance is available... it appears I am now do not have an option to choose which insurance to use... is there a different screen to use so I can use the USPS Insurance... or is there no option and now only Ship Cover Insurance is available...
Question 2 - I had a buyer purchase 3 items... item 1 was purchased and paid for... then they purchased item 2 and 3. eBay combined shipping on items 2 and 3. I can get item 1 and 2 in one box, but item 3 needs its own box. It appears I will be forced to look for a different box so I can ship items 2 and 3 in same box, and ship item 1 separately... is there a way around this so I can ship them the way I would like to ship them in the boxes I have available...
