On the seller page he advertises that he ships to my country as it clearly states it. When I asked him a question about shipping he says he does not ship to my country , yet it says so on his page. I tried to clarify this with him but he is ignoring my question.

What to do?

I would do nothing and not purchase from this seller. Hopefully the seller would now change their shipping to reflect where they actually ship to.

Move on and find another seller who has a better grip on how eBay works and how to list.

Is it not a US seller from whom you want to buy? Your profile shows that you're in the US.

Where is the seller from & where are you requesting the seller to ship their item?

Seller is in UK but it states he ships to US via global shipping program which shows the price to my location.

UK ship to USA. It says he ships to USA via global shipping program but when I contacted him he said he does not ship out of UK.

The weird thing is I have ordered from him a long time ago via global shipping program.

Since you are registered in the United States, it's hard to understand your question.

However, unless this is a rare antiquity that you have been dying to purchase for your entire life, and this guy is the only person who's ever listed one for sale, may I suggest you move on to another listing/seller?

Maybe he/she is unaware they have GSP on their listings? Or how it works? They should have given a better reply to you like "I only ship internationally with the Ebay Global Shipping Program"

He knows about the GSP on their listing because I have ordered from him before through GSP. But when I contacted him he said he does not ship outside of UK.
