Hi guys. I am trying to purchase something from a seller, but his shipping rates seem high and USPS is not an option for shipping, only UPS. I messaged him asking if USPS priority or regional were optional because I am more familiar with that and here is his response:
If you want to buy 10, and then email me a label I can use your own label. But I will not be able to issue any refund for any shipping that ebay charges.
So, I'm not sure what this means. How exactly to I create and email my own label? Any help? Thanks so much.

Basically hes telling you that you can buy a label for him to use,( you can do it online at USPS), but then hes also going to charge you the cost for UPS even though hes not sending it that way.
So you will be paying double for shipping.
Personally? I would find another seller.

If you provide your own label, it voids ebay and paypal buyer protection because its considering arranging your own shipping. Just move on to another seller who's shipping costs are in the range you are looking for OR just shop total cost.

Yeah...eBay doesn't charge for shipping (unless this is going through the GSP). The seller is the one doing the charging. Usually shipping is non-negotiable so you have to take it or leave it.
