Shipping multiple items to one buyer

Hello,

I have a buyer who purchased 3 seperate items. How do I print one shipping label for all three and put them all in one box? I called eBay however the rep did not know how to do it.

Any help is appreciated 🙂

I find the easiest solution to this is the following:

  1. Write buyer to inform them you'd like to save them money on shipping by placing all three items into same package. Once they agree, just cancel each transaction with using "buyer asked to cancel". Be sure to select that reason and you will be reimbursed immediately for your FVF's.
  2. Create one new listing for all three original items, place a buy it now for total of original sales prices not including shipping, then send the ID# to your buyer.
  3. Buyer purchases all three items in one transaction and pays one shipping charge.
  4. You ship out all three items in same package.

I realize this involves several steps but this is how I do it and my buyers are always so grateful. Who doesn't want to save some money? I've done it this way countless times with nothing but positive feedback for each sale and many times a repeat buyer.

Best of luck to you....

Package the items and buy the shipping label for that package.

Add that same tracking number to the other items.

If the buyer has not paid, place all of the items in your shipping container and weigh it.

Go to my ebay > SOLD > More actions > Send invoice

All of the buyer's purchases should show up. Change the shipping cost, preview, send.

If you require immediate payment on all your listings then buyer's cannot request a combined invoice. You do need to advise buyers however they have to use the desktop site in order to request a total for shipping cost. If the buyer has not paid yet though you can send a combined invoice.

If they have already paid you can still combine them, ask the buyer first as another poster advised just for clarification but go to Paypal and send back the difference in shipping. On the other 2 orders just manually add the tracking information.
