@7181kim I would message the buyer and explain that you have to cancel because your carrier does not deliver to PO boxes. Let them know if they want to repurchase, they can update their ebay account shipping address to a street address that you can deliver to. Assuming that's the only issue with this sale. Then I would cancel as Problem with buyer's address. I would have thought that the ebay bots would have caught the conflicting info. When I go to print Fedex or USPS labels, the shipping options are grayed out and cannot be selected depending on certain criteria.
I thought I had read that any UPS guarantees are void even if you do an address correction form and fee, but I haven't used them in a while.

UPS doesn't ship to PO boxes, so you can't ship. Cancel for problem with buyers address.
The Post Office does have a service though that will allow UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc. to deliver to them for box holders, but the addressing requires a specific format (part of which is, there can be no mention of the fact that it's a PO box) and the box holder has to be willing to pay for it. It doesn't sound like that's the case for your sale, though.

I'm pretty sure that USPS doesn't charge a fee for the Street Addressing service. But the buyer would have had to use the prescribed format when they paid for the item.
If you don't want to ship to PO Boxes, you have to specify that in your listings AND set up your site preferences to block bidders/buyers whose address is a location you don't ship to.

I was just going by the information the USPS provides on the signup form at https://www.usps.com/pobox/customer-agreement-for-premium-po-box-service-enhancements.pdf

The Domestic Mail Manual (see section 4.5.4.a) and Notice 123 (the basic fees publication) don't mention any fee for this service.

This is true only because the last leg of SurePost is supposed to be handled by the Post Office.
Oddly enough, my neighbor receives a lot of stuff via UPS and there have been times where I've been expecting a SurePost in the mail, but UPS decided not to send it to the Post Office and delivered it themselves instead. In fact, they actually deliver them to me more frequently than the Post Office does!

Have you tried simply asking the buyer for a street address?
