Actually its happening due to some reasons . 1st one is some sellers add only few days to handling time. But they didn't handle that items on time .No 2 is shipping problems . Shipping time going to be change with county wise and shipping service wise . If you have good experience on ebay you know some items come before estimate dates..

Because shipping can be slow and eBay's estimated delivery date is just that - estimated.

And if you're referring to orders that haven't shipped past the Handling Time on the order, the seller hopes to make the EDD.

There are multiple factors that can cause delays. Which shipping carrier is used, the final destination location, how long the package gets held at the regional sorting stations, and sometimes just slow service.
However, my personal gripe is that eBay shows the buyer an unrealistic estimated delivery date. For example, I received an order this evening, and eBay showed the buyer an estimated delivery for September 29, 2022. However, I have a two day handling time, which means technically I don't have to ship until Tuesday, Sept. 27th. This was for economy shipping from California to Connecticut. It's totally ridiculous to think an economy package can travel from coast to coast in two days. Even had I shipped Priority Mail it's unlikely to arrive in 2 days.

There is no such thing as "scheduled time" for delivery.
You are shown an ESTIMATED delivery date when you make your purchase.
