Shipping lable problems

I am having issues with the lable printing for the last week or so when I print from the ebay shipping site I get this Huge lable that takes the whole page just happen one day to the next contacted eBay no resolution can someone help me with this

You might not get too many responses because you started duplicate threads. Check back in on them all.

I recall reading about this problem a few days ago, and waited as long as I could before printing my labels.  They printed out just fine.  I use the 2-up adhesive labels on an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet, and they have been printing out just fine all week.
