Shipping labels won't print

Anyone else having this problem this evening?

I've bought the label, but it won't appear on screen, so I can't print it. I've done it countless times before, so it's not user error, and it won't work in different browsers or on Mac or PC, so it's not a computer issue.

I'd appreciate knowing if it's a widespread issue, and if there's a workaround.

Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader?

As of yesterday morning have not  had a problem, can print with Windows 7, firefox and latest Adobe Reader

others  have said there is a "classic" view of eBay  labels  you can go to - I'm not  familiar with it - just used teh new one since it came out w/o issue.
