Shipping labels printing instruction page

All of a sudden, beginning this morning, my shipping labels started printing the instruction page with the label - even on my zebra label printer.  I had to print on full sheets of paper and tape to the box instead of using my label printer.  I can't figure out how to get it back to "normal."  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im having this same problem. Even with the option to print with or without instructions it still prints instructions.

Edit: It prints instructions by using the app also.

Im also going through full sheets of labels and having to switch to regular paper and use tape instead.

On the label preparation screen, on the left side, you will see an option of CHANGE or PREVIEW the current PDF of the label.  Click on CHANGE and you should then be able to select that you do NOT wish to include the instructions.

On the create label page at the lower left, where it shows the current label format, click change, and select the 4"x6" label format.

I have changed the settings to a 4 x 6 and the labels still display and print in an 8.5 x 11 inch format. Does anyone know if ebay is having software issues? Thanks

Are trying to reprint a previous label?   If so it will still retain the old format.  Only new labels will be in the new format.

Something not right.

Are you printing USPS labels?

Before you create the label, is the current label format shown correctly at the bottom left of the page?

When the label preview opens, does the label look correct?

What page size is shown just above the view of the label in the preview window?

Is your browser opening the label preview in Adobe, and not its built in reader?

What OS and browser are you using?

I also am having difficulty to get mine to print without the Instructions page.  I just bought the Dymo 4XL and when I change the settings to the 4x6 it still prints with the Instructions.  In fact, I can't even get the Instructions off an 8.5 x 11 either.  It doesn't matter which printer I have selected the Instruction sheet still prints.  Any help is appreciated.

@bargain_seller2019   Afraid this is a recent ebay glitch, the current work around is to either use ebay Bulk Shipping, even if for only a single label, or print your labels on PayPal.

If you use PayPal shipping you will need to go to your shipping preferences and select the Zebra 2844 4x6 label format, which will work for Dymo 4XL as well.

We are having the same issue using a Dymo Label Writer 450.  The correct label size (2.4 x 7.5) shows at the bottom left of the screen. When opening the change link, the option to not print instructions is not even on the screen. But the next label screen shows it as a full page.   We are on Windows 8.1 using Google Chrome and have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (as noted in several tutorials).   Adobe is set to open pdf files for our browser.

Any suggestions?
