Shipping labels now suddenly printing vertically instead of horizontally

Started Wednesday - my shipping labels always printed horizontally where as I could get 2 labels per 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.  Now the generated label is vertical in the top left corner and smaller being cut off a little on the left margin.  I have the settings set to 8.5"x11" on the label creation page, which it always was.  I changed nothing.  Here is the kicker - my wife's account on the same computer, set the same way still prints horizonally as it always did.  So this tells me it is not an issue on our end but an ebay flaw.  Does anyone from ebay look as these posts?  This is causing me a lot of wasted time saving the label then opening it outside of ebay to print the way it used to print - HELP PLEASE

Does the label preview look correct?

Is your browser using Adobe to open PDF files?

What OS and browser are you using?

Yes preview is correct - but changes when I hit "print label"

It's not a computer issue because my secondary account is working correctly on the same desktop and printer-

Fixed itself - started working as it always did yesterday - it was an ebay issue because I changed nothing and now it works.    Good lesson learned to leave your computer alone and let ebay get their act together.
